Help for filling out the fields when becoming a member

If you do not know it, please occasionally go to a laboratory or your family doctor for determination.
We need the blood group to indicate how many donors are available per blood group.
You can add this at any time if you do not know the blood group now.

If you cannot or do not wish to donate blood please describe why.
Fill in this field only if you have selected in the previous field “Donor/Recipient” that you are a recipient only – otherwise leave it blank.
If you cannot or do not wish to donate blood describe why. Examples: “too old”, “too young”, “anaemic”, “health reasons” – you can specify the latter below.

You choose what you want, or are able to do if necessary.

Vaccinated or Unvaccinated. Select “have lab confirm” if you are not sure.

If your preferred contact is a messenger, please provide your messenger ID (WhatsApp, etc.).
