Help for filling out the fields when becoming a member

Here you will be redirected to the membership fee payment. You choose whether you pay by credit card or bank transfer. You can also choose the currency – however we have the smallest fees if you transfer in CHF. Thank you for your contribution.

After you have filled in all fields, save your entries by pressing the red “Save entry” button. Also you have to press it again after you have uploaded your ID card. If you leave the page without “Save entry”, your entries will NOT be saved and you will have to enter them again.

Please upload your ID card here below: first press “select” (then either choose a file or take a photo), then “upload” (the window with the name of the file changes to green, and the message “successfully uploaded” appears). IMPORTANT: at the end press the red “Save entry” button.
All common formats are recognized: JPG, PDF, etc., but it is important that the filename does not contain spaces or special characters.

Your badge will be deleted again after validation by our staff, and instead of the badge you will see “Your badge/ID has been validated and deleted” afterwards.

Before you can complete your registration, you must have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions. We need your permission to use your data – by confirming the terms and conditions you give us this permission.

Choose between full membership “Donate and receive blood,” free membership “Donate blood only (free of charge),” or membership as a company in the medical sector “Medical partner.”

If you would like to be both a personal member and a corporate member, first apply for full membership and then return to the “Become a member” page, where you can click on the black button “I would also like to register as a medical partner.”
